Founded by Tom Baker and Alex Moon in 2003, Steradian Technologies features the Eclipse series, which may be considered tactical, but also plays like traditional laser tag and can include bases and targets for indoor or outdoor purposes.

I had an opportunity to play outdoor laser tag using an original model Steradian Eclipse phaser in an arena built under a barn. The system played well and the game style I experienced was simple, but fun. I had a good time playing the game and of all the tactical tag systems I have experienced so far this tag felt the most similar to traditional.
