More Fun In Iowa

My next stop was to The Fun Station in Cedar Rapids.



If I closed my eyes…well, I’d run into a wall. But if I opened them and didn’t already know where I was, I might guess I was at an Urban Air, simply for some of the similar elements I discovered when I played Delta Strike Genesis in their two-story arena.




I took note of the open-air arena style while suiting up in the vesting room.



The double-level made for a bigger game feel as we traversed both floors (with one guy taking it VERY seriously, lol!) and I enjoyed seeing how they incorporated the different elements.




But the standout theming element for me would have to be the giant crystals, which were the most distinctive feature in my eyes.



This was a quick stop, but for a more youth-oriented atmosphere, this was a very worthwhile visit while tagging my way through Cedar Rapids.
