It was another bright and early fundraiser morning at The Fun Warehouse, this time in support of Baldwinsville Pop Warner. These players came out in force to show their enthusiasm on a different kind of field!

I chatted a bit with Coach Aldo about their group and what prompted this fundraiser event. As it turns out, their fundraising coordinator, Tiffany, experienced another fundraiser here for a youth hockey group and was impressed, so she set up this event to support the Pop Warner group. Coach Aldo explained that they enjoy opportunities like this for team bonding in ways that are not just connected with football and he thinks this is a great fundraiser event!
Parents and Pop Warner youth enjoyed a morning full of laser tag. Meanwhile, I wanted to support this group as well, so I showed up simply to participate in the fun. This has been a rewarding way to experience laser tag, knowing that it is benefitting a very worthwhile activity for local youth.
Board member (and parent) Veronica explained that fundraisers like this help with goals like purchasing a new scoreboard, new uniforms, the Little Scholars program and the overall umbrella of Baldwinsville Pop Warner. This past year the program has grown by 100 kids and it includes all girl teams as well.

Once again, I will be lighting up my laser tag pack green all month of May. It was great to be able to kick things off right from the start by being part of today’s laser tag fundraising event for these youth!
