It’s not often that I find myself in the company of two brothers who have been part of the laser tag industry since nearly the very beginning, but I was delighted have a moment with both Jim and Steve Kessler when I visited the LASERTRON booth during IAAPA.

As I am from upstate New York, I am no stranger to their longstanding company laser tag centers in Buffalo and Rochester, but I always appreciate a chance to catch up with Jim and learn about his thoughts on the future of laser tag and what he is working on.

He was pleased to talk with me about the success of their new Krazy Arrows attraction, which received Brass Ring award honors at the show. Meanwhile, sales advisor Gregory Watches sat down with me to discuss laser tag, sharing some of what LASERTRON had to share about their game and his thoughts for operators.
I had just played at the Rochester LASERTRON location the weekend before IAAPA, so I have recently had first-hand experience with the rebalancing he spoke about. However, a closer look at the equipment is always appreciated!
My thanks to Jim for always taking the time to share his perspectives about laser tag with me and also thanks to the team at LASERTRON for showcasing their laser tag and other attractions during the show!
